Homegrown in Honolulu, Caron Ling stands out for her enthusiasm and passion for real estate, a career she has dedicated herself to since 2004. She won the Aloha 'Aina Award in 2009 and has spent every year since trying to top it, picking up a few Best in Real Estate and Top 100 nods along the way. These days she's showing agents how to get noticed online, proving you don't have to be "Google famous" to stand out. As the 2016-2017 District Director for Hawaii Toastmasters, she can talk your ear off, but at least it will be well organized and under time. When she's not selling homes, she teaches Mahjong and even wrote the guide "Play Smarter, Not Harder," advice she has yet to apply to her own schedule. Her household currently consists of zero husbands, zero dogs, and one very well-organized Mahjong set. She's consistently worked for the past decade to quit working and has not even been mildly successful at that, even though her dream job is to be "retired." Caron's guiding philosophy in work and life is "to bring joy to everyone she meets, whether for a second or for a lifetime.
