DescriptionLocationInstructors At the heart of being an "Akamai Broker" is understanding the Purchase Contract so that when a question arises regarding a party's rights and/or obligations, the practitioner can turn to the appropriate paragraph and properly advise his/her client. In this course, we will review contract basics, the organization of the Purchase Contract, its key provisions and review a methodical approach that can avoid common mistakes and misunderstandings. In terms of instruction method, we use the Socratic Method, “real life” scenarios, group discussions and probing conversations to hone professional skills. The Socratic Method is a form of instruction based upon asking and answering questions to stimulate critical thinking and illuminate ideas.
